Hello Micha,

I read an interesting article on the MDPI website, I wonder if this algorithm can be added to the JAG3D coordinate conversion in the future?

Hi Jin,

I read an interesting article on the MDPI website, I wonder if this algorithm can be added to the JAG3D coordinate conversion in the future?

You refer to the so-called Quasi-Similarity Transformation, which should be used when a total station cannot be leveled? Such a situation is handled rigorously by JAG3D. So I wonder what you are really missing?

The implemented equations of the network adjustment are documented here. The coordinate transformation is explained in detail here.

All the best
Micha
