I'm completely new to using this software... I guess I'm doing something wrongly or I need to configure something because I'm getting incorrect results simply by manually defining points.
Three points (100,0,0); (200,0,0); (300,0,0) that should be aligned on the X-axis are actually aligned on the Y-axis.

This is a test after I realized something was wrong when importing a file with PENZ coordinates using the column-based importer.

What am I doing wrong?

The frame is a geodetic frame: x points north, y points east.
