gibt es in einen der neuen Versionen die Möglichkeit, dass man eine Hintergrundgrafik (worldTiff, etc) oder eine georeferenzierte Zeichnung als Hintergrundgrafik importiert?

Ich habe sowas bisher nicht angedacht.

i too have already thought that it might be wise to include this as well. However, a problem arises with surveying networks that have a local surveying date. It is only possible for geodetic networks that are in the global coordinate system or in an individual national coordinate system.

Well, to plot the points, one has to "transform" each position to pixel coordinates. If such relation is known, one can also plot local networks; e.g. by specifying 3,4,5,.. homologous points in the image. I think, the (or my!) problem is not the mathematics but to provide an user-interface.
