Simple levelling network processing

by lucia, Wednesday, February 12, 2020, 08:43 (1528 days ago)

I'm computing a levelling network. I can't understand how set as known (and then fixed) the height of the reference benchmarks. I suppose I have to use datum points 1D but I'm not sure about which are the correct settings Could someone show me an example?
Thank you, Lucia

Hello Lucia,

I can't understand how set as known the height of the reference benchmarks.

Points with known heights are called reference points in JAG3D. So, if you have at least one point with known height, import this or these point(s) as reference(s).

I suppose I have to use datum points 1D

Datum points are unknown points like new points but such points are used to define the datum of the frame.

Regards
Micha
